Washington, Jan 25: With his re-election on the line in November, President Barack Obama used the annual State of the Union policy address on Tuesday to call the millionaires to pay 30 percent taxes to correct the imbalance between the rich and rest of America and harped on keeping alive the old American values of hard work and reward, and not to go back to an economy "weakened by outsourcing".
